We DO NOT use growth hormones so we do suggest once you are ready to purchase your Beef you consider a deposit to confirm the next available is ready for you as soon as possible.

1. Entire Animal - 8.99 Hanging weight per pound.

A typical South Poll Steer is 1000 pounds at time of processing. Hanging weight is 60% of the live weight. A customer can expect 60% of the Hanging weight for a finished animal. So, a finished South Poll Steer will be ready for you with approximately 360 pounds of finished/ wrapped beef. These numbers are all available as exact numbers when the animal is weighed at our farm and then delivered to the processor. We find this helps customer budget accordingly. The sample steer above would be $8.99 for 600 pounds. with a delivered weight of 360 pounds. $15.00/pound finished product. For Ground Beef, Steaks, Roasts, Tri-Tip's, Ribs, Brisket's.

2. 1/2 of a Animal - $9.25 Hanging weight per pound.

3. Per Cut at Farmers Markets.
